* Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
* Brown Sugar, 1 tsp packed (remove)
* *Splenda, 1 tsp (remove)
* Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
* Salt, 1 dash (remove)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp banana essence (optional)
ad sugar, splenda, chocolate or cinnamon and essence
add half a banana mashed - tastes awesome!
add berries or nuts
