Instant Homemade Hot Cocoa no sugar

Introduction

This makes it much cheaper than buying it, and tastes a lot better. It makes 24 Tablespoons, and the recipe count is per Tablespoon. I use 2 TBS per cup. Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup powdered skim milk
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
    1 TBS cinnamon
    1/2 cup splenda

Directions

Put all ingredients in a container, shake well and store. To make a cup of cocoa, place the desired amt (nutrition and calorie count is per tablespoon) in a cup and add hot water. I add about a 1/4 cup ofhot first to mix well, and then add boiling to the rest.

  • I was really excited about trying this recipe because of the cinnamon added a twist to "regular" hot cocoa. Cut the cinnamon in 1/2 for the first recipe. 1 TBS is too much even for someone who likes cinnamon alot. - 1/22/12
