Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
    4 Cans Chicken Broth
    1 large Onion
    3 Carrots
    3 Celery Stalks
    3 Garlic Cloves
    1 Cup Peas
    2 cups rotisserie Chicken
    7 oz spaghetti, broken into pieces
    1 bay leaf
    1 tbsp thyme

Directions

Saute the veggies and herbs in the oil. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add noodles. cook for 5 minutes, add in chicken and cook for another 5 minutes. season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
