Ingredients

    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.333 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Egg white, 4 serving (remove)
    Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
    *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 48 tsp (remove)
    Gold Standard Whey Protein, 2 serving (remove)
    Flour, whole grain, .666 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
    dash of salt

Directions

Makes 12 muffins

Mix the egg, egg whites, oil, splenda together.

Then add everything else, stirring in nuts last.

Bake at 325 for about 20 minutes, or until they rise and look firm.
