Semi-Homemade White Chicken Pizza

Introduction

Who doesn't like a little comfort food that doesn't blow their calories for the day?! Who doesn't like a little comfort food that doesn't blow their calories for the day?!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 can refrigerated Pillsbury Thin Crust Pizza Dough
    3/4 cup Ragu Light Parmesan Alfredo
    2 cups 2% mozzarella or 2% pizza blend cheese
    4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast (pregrilled)
    1 garlic clove, diced

Directions

Grill chicken (I use my George Foreman) while preheating oven.
Simply spread roll dough out to fill cookie sheet, top with sauce, garlic, chicken, and cheese, sprinkle parsley on top, and bake as directed on the dough can. Cut into 12 squares.

Serving= 1 square (they're pretty big if you use an oversized cookie sheet)

Leftovers freeze well!
