Korean Pumpkin Soup

    1 medium sized pumpkin
    2 tablespoons of Sugar
    2 teaspoons of Salt
    2 tablespoons of rice flour


Peel and chop the pumpkin.
Boil pumpkin in a large saucepan until soft.
Place pumpkin, sugar and salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add a little bit of water if it gets too thick.
Return pumpkin to saucepan, add rice flour, and stir over medium heat until thickened.
