Ingredients

    2 lbs.- ground round
    1 tsp.- salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 med. onion chopped
    4 oz. can creen chilies
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1/2 dz. whole wheat tortillas, quartered
    1/4 lb. velveeta cheese
    1/4 lb. cheddar cheese

Directions

mix soup with 1/2 can water, cheese, and green chilies and melt together.
brown beef and onion. drain.
add enchilada sauce and simmer.
line lg casserole dish with tortilla pieces.
layer with meat mixture, and then soup mixture.
continue layering. end with soup mixture

bake 1 hour, uncovered, at 300
