Ingredients

    Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, .33 tbsp
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

mix all ingredients together and toss with a variety of fresh vegetables eg...1 pound asparagus, 3 small carrots cut lengthwise, 1 large red peppered cut in 1 inch strips, 1 med yellow summer squach cut into 1/2 inch slices and 1 med red onion cut into 4 wedges. Marinade vegetables for 1-3hours and then grill 4-6 minutes on each side.
