Unbaked pie crust shell - 9 inch (not deep dish), 1
Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
Maple Syrup, 1 cup
Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
Eggs, fresh, 3 large
Butter, 3 Tbl melted
A/P or Bread flour, 2 Tbl
Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tsp
Salt, .25 tsp
Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40-45 minutes, or until totally set.
Allow to cool before serving. Makes 8 servings.
