Whole Wheat Chicken Wrap

Introduction

I personally don't prefer dark meat chicken. This is a great way to use left over rotisserie chicken. I also add more veggies as desired. Easy to take for lunch.

I also use low-fat sour cream and salsa in place of light ranch dressing & tomatoes.

This is calculated with full fat cheese, but I use the 2% cheese when I have it.

Ingredients

    * Cheese, Mild Cheddar Shredded Best Choice (1/3 cup), 14 gram(s) (remove)
    *Diced Tomatoes - Aldi's (1 serv = 1/2 c.), .5 serving (remove)
    *Aldi Fit & Active Light Ranch Dressing (2 TBSP), 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Mission Whole Wheat Tortilla (1 Medium-Soft Taco), 1 serving (remove)
    *Chicken, Costco Kirkland Signature Rotisserie Chicken Dark Meat Skin Removed, 1 oz (remove)

Directions

Place chicken, cheese, tomatoes & ranch dressing on tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down on plate (or put in sandwich bag to eat later.
