Spaghetti Meat Sauce

Ingredients

    - Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    - 96% Extra Lean Ground Beef, 1 lb
    - Onions, raw, 1 large diced
    - Garlic, 3 cloves diced
    - Wine: Cooking, Red, 2 tbsp
    - Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
    - a pinch of Allspice
    - a pinch of Red Chile Peppers
    - Beef Broth, 1/2 cup
    - Canned: Fire Roasted Tomatoes (14.5 oz. can)
    - Bertolli Organic Olive Oil, Basil & Garlic Sauce, 1 cup
    - Tomato Sauce, (8 oz can)
    - Salt
    - Pepper

Directions

Makes 10 - 1/2 cup servings

- Put olive oil in hot heated pan
- Brown ground beef, put to the side of the pan
- Mix in diced onion & garlic & let it hang out until translucent (about 3 minutes)
- Mix with ground beef
- Put in about 2 tbsp of red wine to deglazed the pan
- Add about 2 tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
- Add a pinch of Allspice
- Add a pinch of Red Chile Peppers
- Add half a cup of beef broth
- Add Fire roasted tomatoes
- Add Bertolli Organic Sauce (or sauce of your choice)
- Add can of tomato sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Cover & simmer for a good 10 to 15 minutes
