Introduction

This is a savory bread pudding great for serving for brunch. This is a savory bread pudding great for serving for brunch.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    6 eggs
    1/2 C sour cream, light
    1/2 C 2% milk
    1/2 C heavy cream
    1/2 C shredded Swiss Cheese
    1/2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
    7 slices bacon, chopped, cooked & drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper chopped
    garlic, salt & pepper to taste
    12 slices, Texas Toast - cubed

Directions

Whip eggs, cream, sour cream. Cube bread. saute onion & pepper. Cube bacon, cook & drain. mix cheese into egg mixture, add cooled veggies & bacon. toss in cubed bread. place in 9 x 13 casserole dish. bake @ 350 for 1 hr.
