Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 T. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    4 C. cooked whole wheat pasta
    2 C. pre-cooked dried cannellini beans
    2 (10 oz.) packages frozen spinach, thawed
    1/2 C. thinly sliced ham, cut into small pieces (opt.)
    1 C. cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 tsp. dried basil


Directions

Saute minced garlic in olive oil for about 2 minutes. Add the cooked, drained pasta, reserving a little liquid in case needed. Add cooked beans and thawed spinach. Cook over medium heat, stirring to heat through. Add tomatoes and basil and again stir to heat through. If it seems dry, add a little of the pasta water before serving.
