PB and BB Smoothie

Introduction

A peanut butter and blueberry banana smoothie to get you through the afternoon. A peanut butter and blueberry banana smoothie to get you through the afternoon.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Crushed Ice, 2 cups
    Banana, 2
    Blueberries, .5 cup
    Peanut Butter, smooth, 2 tbsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Chocolate Syrup, 2 tbsp (Hershey's)
    Half and Half Cream, 6 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
    Greek Yogurt, Plain, 6 oz (Yoplait with double protein)

Directions

1) Place all ingredients, except the milk, in blender and blend on high until the mixture is smooth and no lumps can be seen.

2) Open the blender and scrape the sides with a spoon (the honey tends to stick).

3) Add the 2 cups of milk.

4) Close and blend for about one minute or until milk is mixed and the smoothie is creamy.

5) Poured into 8 oz glasses it makes 6 servings.

6 ounces = 125 calories
8 ounces = 167 calories
12 ounces = 250 calories
