6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
6 Celery Stalks w/ Tops
1 Large Onion
1 Large Bunch Fresh Cilantro
Water To Cover Over top Of All Ingredients
Dice up the carrots, onion and celery.
Drop the veggies into the soup.
Cook about 30 minutes on a low boil until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
Cut each cooked chicken breast in to bite sized pieces.
Drop chicken back into the soup
In 9 Zip loc 2 cup Containers with twist on lids, ladle soup as equally as you can.
Twist on the lids and freeze for a light lunch or dinner on busy days.
