Guacamole Stuffed Tomato

Ingredients

    2 large tomatoes
    1 Haas avocado, peeled and chopped
    1 T minced onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 t salsa
    1/2 t lime juice
    Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Cut top off tomatoes and use spoon to scoop out seeds and pulp. Chop pulp finely. Mash avocado. Add rest of ingredients, including pulp, to avocado and place inside the tomato. Can garnish with a cilantro leaf.
