    Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Bread (1 slice), 2 serving (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 slice, medium (1/4" thick)
    Cucumber (peeled), 3 slice
    Avocados, California (Haas), .5 fruit without skin and seeds
    Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 1 leaf inner
    Hain Safflower Mayonaise 1 TBSP, .25 serving
    Yellow Mustard, .5 tsp or 1 packet

Directions

Mustard and Mayo are optional. Butter can be used. Combine all ingredients.
