Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients

    3/4 cup flour
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tbsp baking powder
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 cup almond milk
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Start heating griddle or pan. Combine all dry ingredients in a large measuring cup. Add almond milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour out 1/8 of batter on hot pan. Flip when bubbles form in middle of pancake and edges start to look stiff.

Makes 8 pancakes
