Taco Salad

Ingredients

    1-2lbs ground beef
    1 large head lettuce
    1 bottle of ranch (or other dressing)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 jar salsa
    1 bag Doritos chips
    1 pk taco seasoning
    1 (8oz) pk shredded cheese (any kind)

Directions

Brown ground beef in 10in pan, drain. Prepare taco seasoning according to pack directions. Let cool. Mix ranch, salsa, tomatoes, and cheese in a large bowl. Top with crushed Doritos before serving. Toss & serve immediately. Makes 4 1-cup servings.
