Introduction

(with hamburger meat) (with hamburger meat)
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1lb ground beef or stew meat (tenderized)
    1 can veg-all
    1 bottle or can of V-8 (64oz)
    4 small to medium red potatoes
    1tsp oregano
    1tsp salt
    1tsp pepper
    1 can mushrooms

Directions

Brown the meat in a skillet with onion and garlic.

Drain meat well, and then add back to pot with remaining ingredients. Cook until potatoes are soft.
