Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4 quarts of Broth from cooked turkey bones, fat removed
    1 to 1 1/2 pounds of diced cooked turkey
    3 cups Leftover roasted sweet potatoes and onions
    2 cups Sauteed zucchini and red bell peppers

Directions

Heat up broth (I make and keep it in the freezer, ready to go) and turkey. Add cooked yams and zucchini and peppers.
Heat til hot and serve.
