Introduction

This custard packs a nice protein punch for post workout or those mid day slumps. I know it sounds like a holiday dish but I use it all year round for some variety. This custard packs a nice protein punch for post workout or those mid day slumps. I know it sounds like a holiday dish but I use it all year round for some variety.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Egg
    1/3 Cup unsweetened canned pumpkin
    1/3 Cup 2% cottage cheese
    2 Tablespoons Non fat milk
    Dash cinnamon, allspice, sugar and ground clove.
    Low calorie sweetener to equal 2 easpoons sugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into custard cups (6- 8 oz), place in pan of hot water and bake at 360 degrees for 30-45 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. It is hard to overbake these.
