    Chopped onion
    can of kidney beans
    frozen edamame cooked
    Hunts tomato tidbits with chili peppers 1 can
    garlic

Directions

saute onion,
add tomato tidbits and garlic,
add kidney beans and edamame or black beans
simmer for 20 minutes
serve
