Introduction

Super Fast, Super Easy and Super tasty ~ I actually like this a quick breakfsat or lunch on the weekend. You can leave out or reduce the olive oil if you really want to save calories! Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 cups green cabbage, sliced thin
    1 oz Kielbasa, diced
    1 tbl extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Squeeze of lemon

Directions

Add EVOO to skillet and heat.
Add Kielbasa and brown lightly
Add cabbage and stir occasionally until softened and it has picked up a little of the carmelization from the heat.
Serve with just a squeeze of lemon. No salt is needed, the kielbasa adds plenty of seasoning!
