2 - Whole Chicken Breast, Boneless & Skinless (cut in 1/2 - 4 total pieces)
2 tbsp - Olive Oil
2 tbsp - Lemon Juice
2 clove Garlic (minced or pressed)
1/2 tsp - Dill weed, dried
1/2 tsp - Salt
Directions
2 - Whole Chicken Breast, Boneless & Skinless (cut in 1/2 - 4 total pieces)
2 tbsp - Olive Oil
2 tbsp - Lemon Juice
2 clove Garlic (minced or pressed)
1/2 tsp - Dill weed, dried
1/2 tsp - Salt
Mix Oil, Lemon juice, garlic, dill weed and salt in plastic baggie, add Chicken and marinade for 1/2 hour. Heat grill or broiler (450 degrees & 6" from heat) and cook for 15 - 30 minutes till done. turning chicken at lest once.

Used the ingredients for a whole chicken. Backed at 200°C breast down and covered with tinfoil for 30 minutes, then flipped it over and covered it again for another 30 minutes. Uncovered and spooned juices on top. Baked again for another 20 minutes for more crispiness. Very juicy and tasty! - 5/13/11
