Left-Over Turkey Bake

This is what happens at my house when I use up left-over food. This is what happens at my house when I use up left-over food.Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients

3 C left-over turkey meat, diced
1 C. left-over turkey gravy
1 (10-oz) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 C. frozen hashbrowns
1 can (10.75-oz) Cream of Potato Soup
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 t. thyme
1 C. chopped onion
1/2 C. chopped green pepper
1 C. chopped celery
2 T. olive oil
Directions
1. Put turkey, gravy, frozen veggies, frozen hashbrowns, and Cream of Potato Soup into a large bowl.
2. Saute the onion, green pepper and celery in the olive oil. Add to the other ingredients in the large bowl.
3. Mix everything together and put into a casserole sprayed with Pam.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
