Introduction

I wanted chili, had ground turkey thawed, and didn't want to go to the store, so pulled random things from the pantry!

High protein and high fiber, with a reasonable amount of calories, and really tasty too.

Ingredients

    2lbs ground lean turkey, cooked and drained
    1 can black beans (do not drain)
    1 can pinto beans (do not drain)
    1 can diced tomatoes (do not drain)
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 packet taco seasoning
    2 Tbsp hot sauce
    1/3 cup dried onion flakes
    1/4 cup garlic powder
    1 cup water
