Ingredients

    1 c. orange juice
    1 ripe California avocado
    1 ripe banana
    1 Tbsp honey
    1c. non-fat frozen yogurt vanilla, orange, or peach

1) Combine orange juice, avocado, banana and honey in blender. Cover and blend unti smooth.
2) Just before serving, add frozenyogurt; blend until tick and smooth.
