Introduction

Ingredients

    1 small (15.9) oz can black beans
    4 oz shredded light cheddar
    1 small can enchilada sauce
    6 small low-carb tortillas

    equipment:
    sautee pan
    8 x 8 baking pan

Directions

Sautee beans with spices and small amt of sauce and cheese. Fill tortillas and place in pan rolled. Cover with sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins.
