Carrot, raisin drops

Introduction

very healthy little cookies and they taste good too. very healthy little cookies and they taste good too.
Number of Servings: 48

Ingredients

    3/4 Cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup Splenda
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 1/4 cup carrots, grated
    1 cup raisins, unpacked

Directions

preheat oven to 350 degrees

Add applesauce, honey, Splenda, egg whites(slightly beaten) and vanilla to bowl and mix well.

Mix together and add to wet mixture - whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and grated carrots.

fold in raisins

drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
bake for 12 -15 minutes.
