Issa's 3 Alarm Chili

Introduction

Made with hot bananna peppers and a bit of cayenne, this will fire you up! Made with hot bananna peppers and a bit of cayenne, this will fire you up!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Lb. 93% fat free ground beef
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can diced tomatoes with mild green chilis
    1 package Chil-o chili seasoning
    1/2 large green pepper
    1/2 sweet onion
    2 Tbs. sliced homemade bananna pepper slices
    1 Tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

Makes about 4 1.5 cup servings

Brown ground beef, onion, green pepper and bananna peppers in a large sauce pan or deep frying pan. Add chili seasoning packet. Add canned tomatoes and beans. Add cayenne pepper. Simmer for 1 hour or more. the longer you simmer, the more flavorful the chili.
