Cauliflower Pizza Crust for P3

Introduction

This is a pizza crust for anyone looking for low carb alternatives. It is perfectly P3 legal for those of us on the HCG diet. This is a pizza crust for anyone looking for low carb alternatives. It is perfectly P3 legal for those of us on the HCG diet.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 cup mozerella cheese (full fat for P3er's)
    1 cup riced cooked cauliflower
    spices or herbs to taste

Directions

Steam and rice your cauliflower. (I used the food processor.) Let it cool some, then add the cheese and egg. Mix well. Put on a well greased cookie sheet in an even layer. I made a roiund pizza about 10 inches wide. Sliced up, it made 8 small pieces. Cook at 450 from 12-25, minutes. I like a crispy crust, so mine went almost to 30. It probably wouldn't have taken as long, but I used a silpat. I don't reccomnd that. Be sure to remove it from the sheet to avoid overcooking.
