5 stars for simplicity! For those in need of specifics, one serving of 1/3 c garbanzo beans (chick peas) and 1/2 c of long grain rice gets you very close to the nutritional info given; 175 cal, 1 g fat, 34 g carbs, 6 g protein. My Spark nutrition didn't give me fibre or sodium content.
