my tomato sauce for pasta

Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 Can canned tomatoes, (one can has 400 grams undrained)
    1 Onion
    1 clove garlic (or 2)
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    Oregano, Salt, Pepper

Directions

Makes 3-4 Servings.

Cut onion and garlic into small pieces, and saute them in the olive oil. Add tomatoes with the fluid in the can, add salt and pepper and oregano and let it simmer on low heat for nearly one hour.
Pour the stuff over your pasta or gnocchi!
