Ingredients

2 fillet (3.5 - 4 oz)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup egg beater (or similar)
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic and herb seasoning (Mrs. Dash or McCormick salt free)
Directions
Pour eggbeater in shallow bowl. Mix other dry ingredients together in another shallow bowl. Dip Fillets in egg mix, then seasoning. Place on shallow (use cooking spray) pan and bake 12-15 minutes at 425 degrees or till fish is tender and flakes with a fork.
