my own creation of turkey noodle soup after the holidays my own creation of turkey noodle soup after the holidays
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    take carcus of the turkey and boil in enough water to cove most of the turkey boil for a hour or untill turkey falls off bone easily. pull meat off carcus untill you have about 3 cups of shredded cut up turkey. use broth from boiling turkey. mix 6 cups diced (or cubed) potatoses, 1.5 cups sliced carrots into pan with turkey broth and turkey add 1/2 cup of kraft fat free italian salad dressing, season with celrey salt, garlic salt mrs. dash, lemon peper, salt and pepper to taste. you can either put evertthing in a crockpot and cook on low for 8 hrs of boil on stove on med high heat for 1 hour or untill potatoes are tender. 20 mins before serving cook egg noodles or other noodle of your choice. add noodles to soup and serve
