Chicken and Pasta Soup

Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breast cubed
    1 large tomato diced
    1 large onion diced
    4 stalks celery
    10oz frozen vegetable blend
    1 can spinach
    4 cups cooked pasta
    6 cups chicken stock

Directions

Add 1 tbsp olive oil in stock pot heat over medium heat, add diced onion, celery and tomatoes cook about 3 mins. Add diced chicken saute' till cooked through. Add chicken stock, frozen vegetables, canned spinach and four cups pasta. Cook till pasta is cooked thru.
