Introduction

If you have a juicer this is a really great "wake-up" Juice. It is not too sweet and you can add an additional apple for an additional 28 calories to sweeten it up If you have a juicer this is a really great "wake-up" Juice. Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 inch piece of ginger root
    2 cups of spinach
    1/2 cucumber; peeled
    3 medium carrots
    1 medium beet
    1 medium apple (seeded)

Directions

Make sure to wash all of your fruits and vegetables very well. Scrub the beets with a brush, these guys are usually filthy, muddy.

Cut to fit in juicer. Make sure that you remove the seeds from the apples as they contain trace amounts of cyanide.

Mix all juices well and pour into fancy glasses. Enjoy
