Barbecued Turkey Joes(WW)

Introduction

Wimpies or sloppy joe w/ turkey

I only use 1/2 red and 1/2 green pepper

I only use 1/2 red and 1/2 green pepper

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1# ground turkey
    1/2 medium bell pepper, green chopped
    1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    1 cup barbecue sauce
    1/8 teas. cayenne pepper
    (optional, can use whole grain burger rolls or wheat bread)

Directions

4 servings, 6 points (if using WW)
Brown the turkey in nonfat skillet about 10 minutes. Drain off liquid. Add peppers and onions and cook until tender about three minutes. Add barbecue sauce and cayenne pepper.
Heat throughly, stirring frequently about two minutes.
Use bread or buns (optional) to serve.
If no bread or buns points will be 4 per serving
