Bread Pudding in Slow Cooker (Crockpot)

Introduction

With 7 Grain Bread and All-Bran With 7 Grain Bread and All-Bran
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 large eggs, beaten
    2 1/3 c. evaporated milk (2% or nonfat)
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 1/4 cups of cubed bread (7 grain)
    3/4 cup of kellogs all-bran cereal
    1/3 cup crushed walnuts
    1/3 cup raisins
    1/3 cup shredded coconut
    1/2 Cup Brown Sugar Twin

Directions

Turn on Crockpot to high, grease inside with butter or oil.

Beat eggs, combine wet ingredients and add nuts, bread, cereal and rest of dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased crockpot and cook 3-4 hours or until knife stuck in middle comes out clean. Serves 5.
