Boneless Chicken Cacciatore

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    3 cups marinara sauce
    2 tbsp chopped onion
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. garlic
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp thyme
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken on both sides. Drain and transfer to crock pot.

Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours*

**also, can cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours
