Tuna Salad with Dill and Parsley

Introduction

The way I like it...use reduced fat mayonnaise to cut more fat calories. Good on a bed of mesclun or baby greens with cherry tomatoes and a cup of soup. Ingredients

    2 6 oz cans albacore tuna in water
    1/2 C chopped celery
    1/2 C chopped green or regular onion
    1/2 C chopped dill
    4 T mayo
    4 T 0% fat Greek yogurt (I use Fage)
    1 t dijon mustard
    1 wedge lemon

Directions

Drain and chunk tuna. Add all solid ingredients, mix in yogurt, lemon juice and mayo gently.

Serves 2-4, depending on your hunger.
