Introduction

Recipe adapted from my FAVORITE crockpot cookbook by Stephanie O'Dea - Make It Fast, Cook It Slow Recipe adapted from my FAVORITE crockpot cookbook by Stephanie O'Dea - Make It Fast, Cook It Slow
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2-3 pound pork loin roast
1 medium onion, sliced in rings
    1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce
    1/2 cup pasta sauce
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp Tabasco sauce
    1/2 teason Kosher salt

Directions

Use a large 6-quart Crockpot.

Trim the pork roast of any visible fat and place in crock. Add onion rings. Add condiments and water and slather over the top of the roast.

Cook for 8-10 hours. When done, use a fork to shred the roast in the pot with the juices. Serve with buns, slaw, rice, or my personal favorite - cornbread!
