Introduction

Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, .33 package (10 oz) chopped or ground
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Great Northern Beans, 1 can, ground up
    kroger fat free cream cheese, 1 pkg
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Delallo artichoke hearts quartered and marinated, 2 small bottles
    western family parmesan cheese, 4 tbsp
    Avocados, 1.5 fruit without skin and seeds
    *Cheese-Tillamook Shredded Mozzarella, 1.5 C

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. In a blender grind the beans till smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and (about 1 cup of cheese) blend till mostly smooth. Pour into a sprayed small casserole dish and then sprinkle 1/2 C cheese on top. Bake for 20 -25 minutes until cheese bubbly and golden. Serves about 18 - 1/4 C servings. Serve with baked chips or small sourdough bread!
