Ingredients

    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1 box sugar free jello pudding mix (vanilla, butterscotch or cheesecake are all tasty!)
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 tsp cinnamon
    dash of pumpkin pie spice/ nutmeg + cinnamon (for more holiday flare)
    top with fat free canned whip cream (any kind will do!)

makes four 1/2 cup servings or two 1 cup servings
