    1 cup low fat buttermilk
    1 cup wheat bran
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup all purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
    1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Directions
