Ingredients

    2lb bottom roast
    1 medium to large onion diced
    6oz baby carrots (or to taste)
    Fresh parsley (to taste- optional)
    One package Lipton dry onion soup mix
    One heaping tablespoon of Bisto beef, or caramalized onion gravy mix
    Garlic powder or garlic to taste

Throw everything in the pot with two cups of water. Cook on high until meat falls apart. Turn down to low. Time depends on when you want to eat!
