Ingredients

    sea trout
    2T olive oil
    2 T soy sauce
    ground ginger
    cilantro
    green onions

Directions

spray a foil lined pan with Pam
lay fish in pan
sprinkle with olive oil and soy sauce
cut scallions and scatter over fish
sprinkle with cilantro and ground ginger
Cook at 425 for 15 minutes or until fish is flaky
