Easy Morning Smoothie

Submitted by: FATPATCH

Introduction

If your like me you don't always have time in the morning to mess around with breakfast.
There is only two ingredients but it's easy to make and a great way to start the morning.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 Cup Silk Vanilla Flavored Almond Milk
1 Cup Walmart frozen fruit ( Fresh Fruit does not work as well)

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
I typically add about 1/4 cup of water to the mix because I prefer a smoothie that isn't thick.

Another suggestion is to use small freezer bags and pre-portion the frozen fruit into 1 cup servings.
