The original recipe used melted unsweetened chocolate on top and water and an egg instead of milk and birdeye custard powder. Important also to use unsweetened coconut. The result is a very rich but full of MUFA treat that is extremely satisfying in tiny amounts and not too sweet. A grown up dese - 7/28/09
